Who we are
Nordica Bulk is a Shopify app made by Variegata Nordica (Mallory Berthomé). Questions about this policy or your data: mallory.berthome@gmail.com.
What the app stores
- Your store’s address and Shopify access, so the app can open in your Shopify admin.
- Your jobs: what each job changed (product, field, value before and after) and a copy of the products it touched, so it can be undone. Kept 7 days on Free and 90 days on Pro and Pro+, then deleted.
- Files you upload or export: uploads are deleted after a day, exports after 7 days.
- Google Sheets sync (if you connect it): your Google account’s email, an encrypted access token limited to the files this app creates, the sheet’s address, and the values of the last sync.
- Scheduled jobs, your column choices for files, your plan.
- Messages you send with “Contact support” or “Suggest an improvement”, and the email address if you add one.
- Technical error reports: your store’s address, the page and the error, so problems can be fixed.
The app never reads customers or orders: no shopper data reaches us.
What the app changes in your store
Only what you apply: product, variant, collection, metafield and stock values listed in a job you approved (or scheduled, or set a sheet to apply on its own). It never deletes products. It deletes variants only when you choose “Delete variants” and confirm twice.
Who processes the data
Cloudflare hosts the app, the database and the files. Shopify provides the store data and handles billing. Google stores your sheet in your own Drive when you connect it. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
How long it is kept
Job backups: 7 or 90 days by plan. When you uninstall the app, your sign-in data is deleted at once; jobs and backups are kept until Shopify asks for them to be erased, 48 hours after uninstalling, then everything is deleted, files included. Disconnecting Google revokes the app’s access at once.
